white knight chronicles is a ps3 game (made by those who brought you dark cloud) it has its own story, but it also allows you to create your own character that helps Leanord out in the game (your character is only important in the beginning after that no one but Yulie pays attention to it.) after you finish the first chapter a papituar (bunny people) gives you a ticket to geonet (in the first game, if you buy the second you have to connect to geonet using a code on the back of the manual.) Geonet is pretty much the area where your character and other peoples characters can get together, hang out, and do quests to raise your level, or get materials for crafting weapons armor items and accessories such as glasses or capes. And like in Dark Cloud you can create your own town using Georama. The game also focuses around these giants suits of armor known as incorruptus. To obtain one you must make a pact with it. there are only 5 left in the world of WKC and so far all of the main characters (except for the villan) obtains one except for Eldore. You can obtain one too but only until chapter 12 and you have to finish a quest. After that you can make your own incorruptus for quests or for the rest of the storyline.
White Knight Chronicles 2 also comes with a free copy of the first game on the disk. and after you finish the first game you can transfer your data to the second game.
