 Post subject: Title Screen troubles

Im a ACER laptop and everytime i start Test Play that title screen doesnt come up. Like the menu bar at the very start of the game its in the middle and the background is blank. PLZ help me!

The number you have dialed is not in service.
Test > Show Title Screen

That's just for debug.
You can choose to show it if you look at the options bar at the top of the editor.

In rpg maker 2003. At the top with all those icosn, the icon next the to "Help Contents" icon re-enables showing the title screen
