Well, suggestions for bosses aren't exactly helpful because we know all of our options, and whoever we put in just depends on what we need for that place.

How about giving good ol' Kylie Koopa a cameo appearance? I mean, I know some people may not like her lively personality, but I've always found her to be exciting and unique, especially in the way she speaks. Emulating her dialog may somewhat difficult though. She doesn't need to be a full-fledged character or anything, ust make her appear somewhere and give a funny line or two. Her inclusion (and anything else really) is up to you.
