Don't suggests stats, we'll configure those ourselves. However, if you want to include a description, go ahead!

Tips: Use the names of things in the Mario universe if you're drawing a blank "Koopa Shoes", "Goomba Jacket."

Trickster's Gloves (ML) + Speed + Special + Chance (small) of stealing an item.
Revenge Claws (B) + ATK + Deals greater damage, the more Bowser's hurt.
VroomBroom 5000 (K) + Speed + DEF (I figure it could have been made by the Prof.)
Memento Brooch (ML) + DEF + Special + minor HP regen (from the Princess?)
Boo Shoes (M) + DEF + SPD + "dodgy" effect in battle

Hammer's aren't weapons, btw.
Chance of status effect is actually determined by the monster.
We don't have stealing in our game.
At this point I'm going to leave advanced coding to badges. We already have a Revenge Badge.

Luigi Crushing Claws(B):Added Attack, Added Speed, Weakness to Thunder and Fire, Added skill "Mud Spit" that does a set damage of 5 to all enemies and allies, but adds a resistance to thunder for everyone.
Slimey Shell(B): Added Speed, Lost Special, 5% Decrease in hit ratio.
Snail Shell(B): Added Major Defense, Lost Major Speed
Badge Jacket(ML):Lowers the FP cost of skills from badges by 1.
Delfino Shirts(ML):Added Speed, Lowered Attack, Added Water Resistance.
Shine Shorts(ML):Added Speed, Added Attack, Lowered Speed, Weakness to Thunder.
Gigasoft Claws(B): The ultimate claws, Added Major Attack, Added Major Special, Add Fire and Thunder elements to Punch attack or a skill with them, Minor added Speed.
Baby Slippers(Socks ML):Major Lowered Defense, cuts all skills FP use in half, Lowered Attack, Minor Added Speed.
