Did you make sure that your cache and have a good connection and have no illegal files in the computer?

I don't know what you mean cache, and i'm pretty sure I don't have anything illegal on my computer.

Try clicking ctrl+shift+delete and it should say clear browsing data because it might be overloaded

The problem is fixed. I had to get a back up computer when my hardrive crashed, and it works on this one, so it was most likely my computer.
