Seems to not work, if not a little more laggy than before. Is it possible to get it so that you can place "turning" sprite pictures when the hero is turning left and right so the non-immediate change is not noticed?

Well, my first problem is solved, but the 2nd, probably more advanced one, isn't. Aero wrote: How can one use pictures to replace walking sprites?
I'm trying to replace the walking sprites for left and right, but I want to make the down and up different and not loop (like how in 2D Sonic games he crouches and looks up when down and up is pressed, respectively). So...any ideas, guys? Sorry for asking so much, it's just...knowledge.
