Okay, so I wanted to try out Illustrationism/Raziel's Battle Report Script v1.6, but whenever I finish the battle, an error comes up. I don't know how to fix it...

The error is like this:

"Script 'Battle Report' line 311: NoMethodError occurred.

Undefined method `[]=' for nil:NilClass"

Line 311 is this line...
        @lvup_window[i] = Window_LevelUp.new($game_party.actors[i], i)

I did not change the script in any way, so I don't know what's wrong... I'm using Tankentai SBS v2.2xp I think... (the first part says 2.1xp, but then the bug fix section (which is in the same script) says the latest fix was v2.2xp...)

That's the same one we have. We encountered that problem too I believe. U-D fixed it, so he should know. I would just paste our edited script, but we've changed other stuff as well. Just wait for U-D I guess.

Okay then. Thanks for the quick response (its quick by my standards anyway).

This is off-topic, but did you use a script to allow enemies to have more than one possible drop item? If so, what script was it? I'm in need of something like that.

That was U-D doing scripting again. He's out, I think, but when he gets on he'll be able to help you.

*waits*

Okay. I don't know if this would be scripting again or not, but how did you guys make the windowskin frame and background transparent in battle (and only for the battle status window at the bottom where it shows your stats and stuff)?

This, however, is probably scripting again: How do you make the actor command window location relative to an actor's location in battle?

Scripting and scripting, although check the SBS config stuff and see if there's anything related to that in there.

We customized our own stuff through our own scripting though.

bleah do you guys know how to fix it (the battle report problem)? >_< I'm really stuck here...

So the multidrop script wasn't from someone else? Okay then.

EDIT: I looked around in the SBS config parts and stuff, and I found the window_command_position thingy. Can't seem to use the coordinates from the array of actor_position for it though... All I get is "cannot convert array into integer" or something.

Does the battle report work when you do a battle in the game?
As in, not a battle test?

If it does work, then at the top of the script ad

if $BTest == false

and at the every bottom

end

That's what we did... sorry for not remembering.

hmmm... the problem is on line 311. I put the code for that line in the OP. The battle report doesn't work at all. when the battle's over(battle test AND playtest battles), and there's the victory ME, they do the animation, then the game gets the error "undefined method `[]=' for nil:NilClass".

So to put it basically, the Battle Report isn't working one bit for me (and no, there are no missing graphics).
