Nice so far.
So, how will badges affect characters?
Like Seven Sages? (Switches, Variables, etc...)
Or will you use script.

Events. It will increase stats and teach skills. And for displaying all badges at once... I'm not really sure how I'd approach that. I'd like to look at the Seven Sages event or have it explained to me how you went about it.... because I'm not sure how the best way to make it would be (sorry for poor english, I'm tired).

Bump: Made a sh(WUT)t load of changes and followed MarioSuperStar's advice. I pretty much programmed the first two badges and I need someone to bug test..... On the "Done" option for some reason when I press it even though it should end the process, it won't. It shows the message again and I have to press it AGAIN.


AND my event is getting sooooooooooooo long and boggled up. Can I send you the project and have you better organize it and look at it for me? Thanks..... and I haven't added in a BP system yet.. I have a feeling that this would be way easier thru scripting but idk RGSS.. DD:... Oh wellz. So yeah, tell me if you want a copy of the game.

Re-Bump:So I think it may be easier to use a tile set and charset to make the badge menu... plus I can fit more badges. So I need to know if there is a way to memorize the character's location and then be able to recall them to that spot (so when they exit the badge menu :X) Please if anyone knows of a way.... I did not see it in the event options.

Yes. You can store them to variables.
Then teleport to those vars i think.

Haven't given up TYVM, don't disregard this topic. I need to reconvert some of my resources and stuff, and the project gets tedious. I'm probably going to map everything make all the events and storyline before I start making all the skills, that way. The more fun stuff gets done first. Going to save the worst for last.

Good to hear you're still working on it. Things do tend to get tedious after a while. I usually try to release a video or something for a spark when it seems like things are slowing down.
