I think the more difficult part is "How do I attack this guy and get his power." kind of thing.
All you'd need to do is at the beginning of the battle, set a var for the id of the power that each enemy gives you, as in Enemy 1's Power, Enemy 2's Power, Enemy 3's Power...etc
Then, make a battle page for when Kirby uses the Copy "Battle Command" (you can make a Copy Skill that goes in that command too), and then fork conditions for if Kirby is targeting monster 1. Set "Power to Gain" var to the value of Enemy 1's Power. If Kirby is targeting enemy 2, Set "Power to Gain" var to the value of Enemy 2's Power, etc. Than call the common event.
