Feature: Spring Blocks

Remember those hidden blocks in certain level of Super Mario Bros. 3? Well
I am making a feature based on it.
When you get to the sky, you can look for treasures nd stuff you regularily don't
get freqeuntly. It's still concept.

I don't see why, I can just make you find a Spring Finder badge, then you can search at places for the spring blocks with the badge, jump on them and bounce to the sky!
