Feature: Flying Overworld Enemies

Remember in Paper Mario or Mario and Luigi those flying enemies in the overworld?
Well, Nova Shards Journey has granted it to you.

Especifications:

*They have somewhat more range.
*They can't be hit to have a preemptive strike because they're in the air, duh.
*They can't makeyou ambushes because they fall on you, not hit from behind.
*They float! Obviously....
*They are faster than normal enemies, because they swoop towards you, not walk/run.
