I'll go with the whole train experience. Not a traditional dungeon, which was part of it's appeal, and the court scene was hilarious.

An interesting fact: the Moon Base graphics are based off of the Boo's Mansion set. We liked them so much we had to use 'em twice. ;)

As maker of these dungeons these were my favorite, too. The idea for switching to boo for the mansion and using that to solve the place just popped into my head randomly, and worked well with little trial and error which I liked.

Then for The moon base I wanted to have at least one dungeon with a traditional style involving floors, like zelda i guess. Actions on different floors affecting each other. I also liked that boss fight and scene as well. Thanks for the comments.

Boo's mansion. Definitely gave a twist on most rpg's that i've played. Although switching back grew to be a pain :(

My original intention was for it to be even bigger. In the end though, we never needed it be.

Underwater Dungeons as well. A lot of coding went into each map so there were also some bugs, but it was a fresh "splash" for the game.
