well on the xbox before it crapped out 24, then on ps3 before my brother deleted my save 8 and on this one 27 soooo that many.

The farther you get into the game, the more the game will lag unless they've fixed that problem.
Something to do with the save file, I think. When it first came out you'd start hitting 10 FPS if at a certain point in the game.
