The Cape Suit's Reflect (it can really come in handy) and one of the "Bro's Attacks" that didn't make it into the final version of the game. ;)

Brobot Blast (I believe that was the name) was awesome, loved how it caused the status effect that stopped monsters from using specials.

I'll say...mega fire ball, minion barrage, koopa kaos. Those were fun to make. Mega fire ball was the first to be made of the suit moves actually, and it set the tone.

Mega Fire Ball - Epic.
Ghost Barrage - Luigi's Mansion is epic.
Ultra Jump/Mega Jump (?) - THE SKY IS FALLING!!

As for me, I'll make a small list (Of what I've unlocked):

Normal:
Quake Hammer: Pretty powerful move waiting to be bought.
Ultra Jump: This move was pretty intense... too bad it's just for one enemy. (Thinks of Ultra Multi-bounce. :P )

Hammer:
Mega Smash: Mario's was a basic three pounds, but Luigi added more of a "spin" to things. Still pretty powerful.

Tan(oo)ki:
Stone Form: A great boost in Defence is always a plus.

Cape:
Reflect: I like defence, and this move pretty much helps out.

Fire: TBA.

Koopa Kaos. FEAR THE POWAH
Bowser Bash. It was so ridiculously ridiculous sounding. I loved it so much. :-P

Mega smash i beleive it was called, it's one of the really powerful hammer suit attacks
