It'd be borderline impossible, but at the very least impractical because of the way the script is set up.

It's been a while since an update, but here's one:

There's a new type of badge class called "Ally Badges." Basically, it's like a Party Badge but for the non-main characters (i.e. not Mario/Luigi/Bowser). This way, Kammy and any other lesser hero's we decide to add (if any) get most of the benefit of the badge system. I'll update the Badge List to reflect this development.

Another update:
Added 5 more badges, here are the 3 that weren't listed:

All or Nothing (A classic from Paper Mario)
Bonus Booster (Increases chance of getting random battle bonuses slightly)
Striker Magnet (Increases the window of "First Strike!")

Update:
Added the frame work of dependent badges. A dependent badge requires another badge to be equipped before it can be equipped. Not sure how I want to use this exactly, but it's there if I decide how.

Basically, this could be used to create things like a "Fire Mastery" badge. You wouldn't be able to use advanced fire badges (be they attacks or normal badges) unless you had the "Fire Mastery" badge. It's a little more restrictive that way, so I'm not sure we'll ever use it much.

Umm... Several of my badges that you said were put in haven't been added to the list. They don't need to, but I have enough of an ego that I want my badges listed.
