You should've seen the boom after Seven Sages was released, in terms of 2k3 Mario games.

But I bet the Mario VX pool of same-ness trumps even that.

Just an idea but,
someone REALLY good with Eclipse (like maybe red) should turn Seven Sages into a MMORPG.

not so easy.
getting a linear plot in a mmorpg is very troublesome
specially when the events/commands are not directed to one player, but to multiple players.
