would this sound good?, a servent of bowser's, a magickoopa, always disobeyed bowser. so bowser put him in his prison, one day he breaks out.

and then he sends mario,luigi,and bowser in the past with his staff, beacuse he wants revenge on bowser.

well, they figure out they need seven time shards, which each time shard warps them to a differnt time zone and place.

7 Magical Item plots aren't particularly bad, you just have to make it more subtle if you're gonna do it.

That and it gives time to make the game lengthy.
How many hours of gameplay would you think you could come up with with a title like mario and the 3 sages or something lower then that.
